Cheese and Wine Tasting at The Gurnard’s Head
What could be better than a night enveloped in the warmth of log fires amid the gentle hum of a country pub, enjoying delicious cheeses expertly matched with wines? The Gurnard’s Head, an award-winning gastro pub in West Cornwall, has come up with an irresistible evening – all the rest of us have to do is argue over who is driving….
The team has carefully matched 6 cheeses to 6 wines from the fantastic list at The Gurnard’s – a tough job but someone has to do it. The evening will be hosted by Thomas Hanson of Hanson Fine Foods – one of Cornwall’s food heroes with unrivaled knowledge of regional cheeses from the South West.
