For some clients, we take charge of their accounts entirely (although we still encourage those who own or run the business to remain logged in and active). We draft and schedule posts each month for platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, monitor these accounts, interact and also share any media coverage on behalf of the client.

Other clients prefer us to have access – perhaps in order to run one-off campaigns or simply to share any coverage – but take care of daily monitoring and interaction themselves.
