Cornwall’s Biggest Produce Market Returns

Now into its third successful year, the Big Produce Market returns to the heart of Truro at Lemon Quay on the 9th and 10th of May. Featuring over 50 of Cornwall’s most exciting food and drink producers, the market showcases many of the county’s smaller, artisan producers along with top Cornish chefs.

DSC_4876Cornwall’s flourishing food and drink industry continues to win national awards and attention.  Supported by Truro Farmers’ Market, The Big Produce Market mixes the very best in local produce and delicious street food with a relaxed, continental atmosphere seldom seen in most markets.

To compliment the market and daily entertainments, chef demo’s will run throughout the two days, using fresh market produce prepared with skill and finesse by some of the county’s finest talent.

Bill Lugg, of Truro Farmers Market, says,’ It’s going to be another great event, showcasing a wealth of talented chefs and a unique  gathering of some of the best artisan producers in the county’.
