Mexican Mondays hit Mannings!

Earlier this summer our client Mannings introduced a new themed dining experience to their week, bringing a café culture vibe to the heart of Truro every Monday.

Showcasing a different global cuisine each month, they’ll be putting on casual dining, upbeat tunes, and bespoke themed cocktails. 

For the first month’s theme, we were asked to come and photograph a selection of fun and authentic Malaysian dishes, put together by their kitchen team and packed with colour and flavour. 

Throughout August, Mondays are all about Mexican food. We recently visited them to capture some photographs of their new menu, which includes: Cabo San lucas seafood salad, Chicken Birria Quesadilla, Colorado Cornish beef, Carnitas burrito, Tostada salad, Chipotle jackfruit tacos and a special Prickly Pear Margarita made up of El Jimador Reposado Tequila, prickly pear, guava and lime.
